Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to interpret recipes and specifications.
• Read and follow English blueprints or schematics.

Responsibilities

• Set up assigned equipment daily per the production schedule and sanitize at day end.
• Monitor operations, troubleshoot basic malfunctions, notify supervision and maintenance staff for significant issues.
• Record data, enter and adjust as needed.
• Calibrate systems to time, temperature, and positions of equipment.
• Record and interpret temperatures related to the process.
• Read measuring devices and product parameters.
• Work with maintenance on preventative maintenance programs and best practice operation methods.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and comply with GMP and safety policies.
