Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintains GMP and food-safety practices.
• Performs accurate sampling and data recording.
• Documents results and actions taken.
• Ensures proper labeling and changeovers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify CCPs and record corrective actions.
• Support internal audits and GMP adherence.
• Verify product labeling and changeovers for accuracy.
• Acquire samples using aseptic techniques.
• Label and collect pre- and post-harvest samples as scheduled.
• Perform sampling of the production environment via aseptic methods.
• Enter sample orders into the laboratory portal.
• Ensure chain of custody when delivering samples.
• Data entry of validation results and special projects.
• Monitor PPE and other safety/quality supplies.
• Provide training when required.
• Participate in other quality-related tasks as assigned.
