Responsibilities

• Follow certified formulas and GMPs under Plant Manager guidance.
• Monitor and document processes; operate kettles and related controls.
• Maintain safe, sanitary work environment and proper sanitation practices.
• Complete paperwork accurately and legibly; use electronic tools when required.
• Assist in training new cook room employees as needed.
• Communicate with team members and maintenance when issues arise.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
