We are seeking a Quality Control Technician for our location in Roberts, WI.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform quality control inspections, checks, and tests during product manufacturing.
2. Inspect materials, parts, and products at various production stages.
3. Record observations and recommend process improvements.
4. Understand standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the concrete industry.
5. Monitor production processes, including setup, casting, stripping, and storage.
6. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues related to casting and concrete performance.
7. Maintain housekeeping to ensure a safe work environment.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor work conditions, including extreme temperatures.
• Work near moving machinery and electrical hazards.
• Potentially noisy environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting of 10-40 pounds.
• Occasional lifting of over 40 pounds.
• Standing, walking, climbing, squatting, crouching, kneeling, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching above shoulder level.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Understanding of manufacturing environments.
• Experience in concrete plants or quality control preferred.
• Ability to interpret shop drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong math skills.
• Willingness to obtain technical certifications.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred; experience in construction or building materials is a plus but not required.
