Job summary

The Quality Control Technician role at SABIC supports manufacturing by preparing and verifying pigment blends in the Color Lab and by completing material testing in the QC Lab. The technician rotates between labs and may flow to where needed to ensure materials meet quality standards.

Expect a 12-hour shift with possible nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. The Site Quality Team Leader may assign extra projects to support safety or manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of production planning or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Company safety rules and EHSS programs.
• Prepare and verify pigment blends in Color Lab and perform material testing in QC Lab.
• Record data in SAP and other databases; maintain calibration records.
• Operate and calibrate equipment as required and complete certification testing of finished product.
