Tilcon New York Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking a Quality Control Technician for New Hamburg, NY. The role focuses on testing aggregates, recycle materials and hot mix asphalt to ensure material quality across sites. Occasional travel to other Tilcon locations is required.

The position supports plant operations, QA processes and compliance with state standards, with opportunities for professional growth and benefits packages.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or 3+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.E.) preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing and monitor aggregates, recycle materials and asphalt mixtures.
• Provide test data to plant manager and staff in a timely manner.
• Provide process and mix adjustment recommendations as required.
• Maintain QC/QA certifications and comply with agency specifications.
• Maintain data logs and respond to internal/external customers with insights.
• Travel to other sites as required.
