Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking an hourly associate to support RMA processing, basic quality checks, data entry, and reporting. You will collect and organize information from returned products and assist with simple inspections and repairs while maintaining records in tracking systems such as Domo.

The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable following procedures while coordinating with multiple teams. Prior data entry and basic reporting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree; technical coursework is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in hourly manufacturing, quality, service, or support roles.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process returned units (RMAs).
• Record returned product information, symptoms, and customer notes.
• Assist with basic inspections and documentation of product condition.
• Take photos and capture test or inspection results as directed.
• Enter data accurately into tracking systems and dashboards.
• Help identify recurring issues or trends and share findings with the team.
• Support quality and corrective action activities by providing clear records.
