World Emblem in Norcross, GA seeks a hands-on Quality Control Team Leader to guide the QC finishing and grouping operations on the production floor, ensuring finished embroidered products meet standards. You will lead a team, inspect pieces against proofs, monitor metrics, and uphold safety and 5S practices while partnering with operators, finishing, grouping, and shipping to on-time orders.

Responsibilities

Lead, train, and assign daily tasks to the QC finishing and grouping team members.
Inspect finished pieces against approved proofs for stitch quality, thread breaks, registration, color accuracy and finish.
Ensure order specs (design, quantity, size, color) are verified against work orders and properly labeled for packaging.
Identify and pull non-conforming items and communicate with operators to correct issues on the line.
Monitor daily output, defect rates, rework, and inventory shortages and report findings.
Maintain a clean, safe 5S-compliant work area and assist on the floor as needed.
Step in to assist with hands-on inspection and grouping when extra support is required.
