Associated Materials Innovations seeks a Quality Team Leader for our manufacturing plant in North Carolina. You will oversee daily quality activities, coordinate a skilled team, and ensure our products meet stringent quality standards.

Qualifications

HS diploma or equivalent required.
2–3 years leading a team in manufacturing/production.
Proven ability to motivate a fast-paced team.
Understanding of production processes and quality standards.
Clear English communication; bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
Detail oriented with good math/measurement skills.
Commitment to diversity and team building.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily quality activities to align with production requirements.
Assign tasks and manage workload to meet schedule and maximize productivity.
Provide feedback to team and production on quality standards.
Lead by example by inspecting products and supporting production.
Operate equipment per SOPs and ensure quality standards are met.
Adhere to safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain PPE.
Communicate effectively with team and other departments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
