Job summary

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. is seeking a CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Georgia. The role requires five years of manufacturing experience and the ability to audit process control documents, support safety and quality initiatives, and manage changeovers.

Employees will ensure equipment and work areas remain clean, safe, and organized while meeting production goals. The position involves routine inspections, physical duties, and potential overtime to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Five years manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Basic math skills required for production reports.
• Reading and writing ability to follow work orders.
• Sufficient manual dexterity to operate machines properly.
• Physical strength to lift up to 25 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Audit/verify process control documents for completion and accuracy.
• Enforce all organizational initiatives, including safety and quality policies.
• Coordinate training activities and audit effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot process issues to mitigate downtime.
• Ensure production areas are safe, neat, clean, and well organized.
• Coordinate changeover activities and audit for accuracy and accountability.
