Job summary

World Emblem is seeking a Quality Control Team Leader to guide the QC finishing and grouping team on the production floor. You will act as the primary liaison between machine operators, finishing, grouping, and shipping to ensure all orders meet World Emblem standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership to inspect finished embroidered products, manage defects, and ensure accurate labeling and packaging. A focus on safety, 5S, and timely production is essential.

Qualifications

• Eye for detail with the ability to spot defects quickly.
• Strong basic math skills for counting and reading production paperwork.
• Basic computer proficiency including production tracking systems and email.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and assign daily tasks to the QC finishing and grouping team members.
• Inspect finished pieces against proofs for stitch quality, color accuracy, and overall finish.
• Verify order specs (design, quantity, size, color) against work orders and labeling.
