Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Conyers, GA is seeking a Team Lead - Quality to guide daily activities, enforce safety and quality policies, and drive continuous improvement on the production floor.

You will work closely with Quality Supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data, timely handoffs, and effective problem solving, while mentoring new staff in standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to interpret safety rules and operating procedures.
• Experience leading a manufacturing quality team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the work group to meet safety and quality goals.
• Establish task times and measure efficiency; oversee data entry and handoffs.
• Coach associates through OJT and support Lean initiatives.
• Represent Quality in production meetings and escalate issues as needed.
