Toyota Boshoku America is seeking a shift-level Quality Control Supervisor to oversee the plant's quality system and direct Team Members in assigned manufacturing areas. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost-reduction initiatives while leading problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts.

Strong knowledge of TPS, quality systems, and teamwork is required, with a minimum of three years in manufacturing and an automotive background preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Automotive industry experience preferred; TPS/PEFF familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Oversee quality control operations during shift and maintain plant quality system.
• Lead and monitor team members; manage staffing, hours and attendance.
• Apply TPS techniques to standardize processes and reduce waste.
• Investigate and contain quality, safety, and production issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI tracking for area.
