Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; leadership or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience leading Kaizen, TPS, and continuous-improvement activities is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track daily, weekly, and monthly Kaizen activities based on plant priorities.
• Direct Kaizen Team Leaders and members; set expectations and follow up to maintain accountability.
• Coordinate safety, quality, and operations with stakeholders and ensure standardized processes.
• Administer attendance, corrective action, and documentation per policy and HR guidance.
• Coach Team Leaders and members in instruction, feedback, and cross-training.
• Monitor progress, identify root causes, and ensure sustained improvements.
