Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to supervise nightly production, ensure safety and quality, and maintain 5S and TPS standards. You will mentor team members, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating overtime, ensuring standard work, and supporting group leaders with production targets while training staff in problem-solving and Kaizen activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Train from 6:00PM to 5:15AM as scheduled.
• Support production on the line as needed.
• Maintain safety, quality and 5S standards.
• Follow standard work procedures and KPIs.
• Lead team meetings and shift handoffs; monitor KPIs.
• Train and mentor team members on TPS and Kaizen.
