Hyve Solutions in Olive Branch, MS, is seeking a Quality Team Lead to guide a team of QC Inspectors across server assembly, repair, and related areas. You will ensure quality by auditing processes, training staff, and mastering key systems such as MYCIS and SharePoint.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to translate standards into daily practice in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Lead a team of QC Inspectors and meet daily targets.
• Must become SME in all areas of the business.
• Learn and use MYCIS and SharePoint.
• Perform daily manufacturing process audits for quality.
• Train newly hired QC staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8 QC Inspectors.
• Work effectively within a team environment.
• Communicate clearly using verbal and written directions.
• Attend daily morning meetings to cover outstanding issues.
• Become SME in all areas of the business (Server Assembly, Repair, Rack Build, Alesia Shelves, RSI, FQC, Patchframes, Packout, IQC, NCR, MCO Inspections).
• Assist with visual inspections and recording inspections as needed.
• Learn all systems/databases (MYCIS & SharePoint) for pass/fail data.
• Assist NCR process by inspecting non-conforming material.
• Interpret MPI's, QC Checklists, and Cable Matrixes for final inspections.
• Complete daily audits of manufacturing processes for non-conformance and quality control.
• Document and elevate all findings per the Quality Plan.
• Assist in training newly hired QC staff.
