You will implement standards, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with engineering to improve quality documentation and training, ensuring conformity with specifications and on-time delivery. Flexibility to adapt to changing customer demand.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and hands-on with strong work ethic.
• Experience supervising quality inspectors in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of QC standards and training procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day quality inspection operations.
• Oversee standards, methods and procedures for product inspection.
• Provide timely feedback to engineering to improve quality documents and training.
• Select, develop and evaluate quality personnel to ensure policy adherence.
• Perform failure analyses and corrective action follow-up.
