Job summary

Hyve Solutions in the US is seeking a Quality Control Team Lead to support QC Inspectors and manufacturing areas across server assembly, repair, rack build, and final QC inspections. You will lead a team of 8, model strong teamwork, and ensure adherence to quality processes.

The role requires becoming a subject matter expert in all QC areas, coordinating daily audits, recording pass/fail data in MYCIS and SharePoint, and mentoring new QC staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a QC team in manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance processes.
• Ability to train and mentor QC staff and cross-train team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example a team of QC inspectors and coordinate daily activities across multiple manufacturing areas.
• Communicate effectively within a team and follow verbal and written directions.
• Develop SME knowledge in Server Assembly, Repair, Rack Build, FQC, and related inspections.
• Perform daily manufacturing audits and document non-conformances per Quality Plan.
• Train new QC staff and cross-train team members as needed.
