Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, is seeking a Quality Control Team Lead to oversee QC Inspectors across Server Assembly, Repair, Rack Build, and related areas. The role emphasizes mentorship, attention to detail, and adherence to the Quality Plan.

The candidate will manage data recording in MYCIS/SharePoint and coordinate daily inspections, NCR processes, and cross-training of QC staff in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must lead a team of QC inspectors and coordinate with manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written directions.
• Ability to train and mentor new QC staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead 8 QC inspectors and oversee daily QC operations.
• Participate in morning meetings to address issues.
• Review and record pass/fail data in MYCIS and SharePoint.
• Perform visual inspections and support NCR process.
• Develop expertise across Server Assembly, Repair, Rack Build, FQC, Patchframes, and NCR inspections.
