Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Quality Team Lead to supervise the QC Inspectors and oversee daily activities across Server Assembly, Repair, Rack Build, and related areas. You will act as a SME for multiple inspection domains and ensure rigorous quality standards are met.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to train and onboard new QC staff while maintaining documentation in MYCIS and SharePoint systems.

Qualifications

• Lead a team of QC inspectors.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in daily QA checks.
• Train new QC staff and cross-train existing team.
• Interpret MPI’s, QC checklists, and Cable Matrixes for final inspections.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8 QC inspectors across Server Assembly, Repair, Rack Build, and related areas.
• Perform daily audits of manufacturing processes for non-conformance.
• Document and elevate findings per the Quality Plan.
• Support NCR process with visual inspections and system transactions.
