Job summary

Moderna is seeking a Specialist, Quality Control to support AI-driven initiatives and digital QC systems. You will collaborate with QC and Digital teams to deploy and configure Lab Systems, ensuring reliable performance and timely issue resolution.

The role includes system administration, Tier 1 support, SOP/documentation upkeep, and participation in continuous improvement to optimize AI-enabled QC processes. A BS in science and 3–5 years in biotech/biopharma with GMP exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Sciences or relevant scientific field.
• 3–5 years of experience in biotech/biopharmaceutical industry, preferably QC/Digital/Automation.
• Experience with AI applications, data analysis tools, and GMP environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for QC laboratory systems (LIMS, Chromeleon, other enterprise apps).
• Perform routine system administration: user access, config updates, software maintenance, upgrades coordination.
• Serve as primary Tier 1 support for laboratory computer systems; troubleshoot and document resolutions.
