Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in regulated Quality Assurance and/or metrology and Document/Configuration Control.
• Experience with Medical Device Product Development Life Cycle Activities, Verification/Validation Activities, Metrology/Manufacturing background and Risk Management preferred.
• Experience with quality systems such as ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 preferred.
• Experience with MasterControl, SAP, and SharePoint preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift personnel in the quality control department, ensuring safety and quality.
• Troubleshoot shop floor problems with quality standards and engineering support.
• Monitor quality requirements and initiate actions to conform to schedule and staffing.
• Support site lean initiatives, training programs, and policy interpretation.
• Coach team members, manage attendance, and address performance issues.
• Review timekeeping and verify hours worked; manage QC documentation and data integrity.
