Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead audits, track WIP, and ensure CTQ compliance across manufacturing in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This on-site role oversees 1st or 2nd shifts and ensures timely sign-offs on components and finished goods.

You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams, manage QC reporting, and drive lean manufacturing improvements while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work cross functionally with production
• Experience with conducting quality process audits and addressing quality issues in a timely manner
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment
• Bi-lingual / Spanish speaking a plus

Responsibilities

• Tracks status and coordinates the physical samples of all components, WIP and verifies sign offs.
• Responsible for the delivery and archive of the Product/Component Binders for each Fanatics Collectibles products produced in the plant.
• Responsible for the coordination, tracking and delivery for all finished sheet (1 per form) to NY office.
• Provides routine status/reports on all components with regards to quality performance and status of QC through the plant.
• Attend product walkthroughs and BOM reviews, evaluate risks to timing, and potential quality alerts.
• Liaison with project management team to ensure manufacturing and finishing processes are on-schedule and support product release dates.
• Works cross functionally to manage on-site and in-process quality assurance checks for all WIP and finished goods across supply chain.
• Works with operators, supervisors and line leads in effort to meet the high-quality standards for each specific operation.
