Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for an in-person role. The position leads quality audits, tracks CTQ metrics, and coordinates with production, engineering, and the supply chain to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, a High School Diploma, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience are a plus; bilingual Spanish is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of work experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Experience in high mix/low volume or consumer-packaged goods preferred.
• Bi-lingual / Spanish speaking a plus.
• Experience leading teams a plus.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Tracks status and coordinates QA data, WIP, and sign-offs.
• Maintains Product/Component binders and delivers to NY office.
• Drives quality performance reporting and analytics.
• Attends product walkthroughs and BOM reviews to assess risks.
• Collaborates with engineering and supply chain to meet schedules and quality targets.
• Ensures compliance with safety and ISO standards.
