Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is hiring a Collation Quality Control Associate in Dallas, TX to ensure product quality on the factory floor. You will inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods, identifying defects and preventing non-conforming material from shipping.

You’ll investigate root causes, partner with Manufacturing, Engineering and Maintenance on corrective actions, apply SPC, and maintain quality documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality control experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with inspection tools and measurement equipment.
• Strong analytical and root‑cause problem‑solving skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Quality Inspection & In-Process Audit: Inspect raw materials, in‑process production, and finished products to verify conformance to specs and customer requirements.
• Defect Identification & Root Cause Analysis: Identify defects, document with clear descriptions and traceability, investigate root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Process Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Monitor processes, apply SPC, and support initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, and rework.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of inspections, test results, defect reports, and corrective actions; generate quality reports.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with quality policies and safety standards; support audits and calibration records.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve quality issues; coach operators on quality standards.
