Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator for our Dallas/Fort Worth facility. This in-person role reports to the Sr. Quality Manager and oversees first shift quality audits across manufacturing.

You will collaborate with product development, engineering, supply chain, and QA teams to drive on-time, accurate quality data and issue resolution. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and at least 1 year in a manufacturing quality role, with strong communication skills and the ability

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work cross functionally.
• Experience with conducting quality inspections and addressing quality issues in a timely manner.
• Proven track record of maintaining quality, safety and compliance standards in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular audit inspections and review performance of every job and form to ensure adherence to quality procedures and customer requirements.
• Compile data and create reports; communicate quality issues to all employees, departments, suppliers and vendors, and share results internally and externally.
