Job summary

Fanatics is looking for a Quality Control Lead in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This role involves overseeing quality audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and collaborating with product development teams. Applicants should have at least a High School Diploma and a minimum of 1+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential. This position is in-person and may require working extended hours as production demands.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to conduct quality inspections and address quality issues.
• Bi-lingual / Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular audit inspections and ensure adherence to quality procedures.
• Compile and record data, communicate quality issues with internal and external parties.
• Create reports to show the level of quality supplied and expected.
