Job summary

Elite Connector is a fast-paced manufacturing employer seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead a team of 18+ inspectors. You will oversee daily inspection activities, interpret drawings, and ensure products meet customer, engineering, and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, strong GD&T and precision measurement knowledge, AS9100 experience, and a track record of continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, Mathematics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of quality/manufacturing experience with team leadership.
• Strong GD&T, drawing interpretation, and measurement systems knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inspection activities across multiple functions and shifts.
• Coach inspectors and ensure adherence to quality procedures and Customer requirements.
• Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T to verify conformance.
• Support continuous improvement and resolve quality issues with engineering.
• Escalate significant issues to leadership and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and qualification records.
