Job summary

Accurate Personnel is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor for our distribution center in Minooka, IL. You will oversee daily QC operations, enforce HACCP, GMP, and SQF standards, and lead a team to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires experience in food safety, warehouse operations, and strong leadership. You will collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement and maintain a safe, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in quality control or related leadership role.
• Experience in food distribution, warehousing, or wholesale.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF and food safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Quality Control operations across all shifts.
• Train and support QC associates to ensure productivity and compliance.
• Ensure quality programs and product release processes are implemented.
• Monitor incoming materials and warehouse products for quality.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and local regulations.
• Communicate quality performance to management.
