Job summary

Performance Food Group seeks a Quality Control Supervisor to lead the QA team and ensure food safety in operations. You will oversee staffing, training, coaching, and performance management while maintaining robust QA processes.

You will manage GMP/HACCP compliance, conduct self-audits, and keep SQF programs up to date. A background in food science or related field is preferred, with 1–3 years in quality control and supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control within the foodservice industry.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP principles.
• Understanding of SQF standards and related regulatory programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates including staffing, training, coaching and performance management.
• Manage and control an effective quality assurance program.
• Assist with monthly self-audits to ensure GMP/HACCP compliance and food safety.
• Maintain and update quality procedures and SQF program as required.
• Ensure compliance with government food regulatory agencies and state programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
