DescriptionWeyerhaeuser is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor (Technical Team Lead) for its Oriented Strand Board (OSB) manufacturing facility in Elkin, North Carolina. We are looking for a safety-focused leader with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to continuous improvement. This is a full-time, salaried exempt position that reports to the Technical ManagerKey FunctionsThe Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the Quality Control Department. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay.
