• Create management reports summarizing inspection results and trends.
• Capture photos and document unclear cases for standard updates.
• Travel to the warehouse or job sites to inspect units and identify root causes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and their quality standards.
• Support performance testing to strengthen inspection effectiveness.
