Door Controls USA is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join our DCU Quality Control Department. You will test materials and finished products across pre-production, in-process, and final stages to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least two years of related experience, and strong mechanical aptitude. Proficiency with basic hand tools and safety awareness are essential for helping our team maintain high quality across all

Qualifications

• High school diploma mandatory; two years related experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; automatic door knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with basic hand tools.
• Knowledge of electromechanical devices, motors, controllers, gearboxes.
• Experience with voltmeter and wiring schematics; awareness of electrical safety.
• Good judgement, team player, leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Test motors, gearboxes, controls, wiring harnesses and related components.
• Follow wiring schematics to ensure doors operate correctly.
• Train other employees/customers on how each component works.
• Assess parts to meet or exceed customer requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
