Value Windows & Doors in California seeks a Quality Control Analyst to support the Quality Control Manager and department through testing, documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping. The role ensures inspection records, customer feedback, and compliance documents meet company and industry standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years manufacturing experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Excel.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multi‑project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Excel; able to use AI tools for reporting and data analysis.
• Fluent in Chinese and English with ability to translate technical content accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality‑control records, inspection standards, and customer complaint history.
• Investigate nonconformities and track corrective actions through closure.
• Prepare reports, summaries, scorecards, and management reviews from quality data.
• Coordinate QC‑R&D and monthly quality review meetings; follow up on actions.
