Job summary

Ditsch USA LLC is seeking a Quality Control Technician for the 2nd shift in Cincinnati, OH. You will perform tests, document quality results, and ensure GMP and HACCP compliance to maintain product safety and consistency.

Join a team focused on meticulous quality, continuous improvement, and on-time production support. Prior experience in food manufacturing is preferred, with weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing setting (food manufacturing preferred but not required).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, and food safety regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests on finished products, raw materials, and other related items as required.
• Conduct daily Food Safety & Quality Reviews, noting any issues and communicating them to your Supervisor.
• Monitor product weight, temperatures, packaging, and more to ensure quality and compliance.
• Review production documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Carry out physical testing on products, including assessments of weight, color, strength, and packaging.
• Provide support to production lines and machinery.
• Educate and coach all employees on quality and food safety practices.
