Ditsch USA LLC in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a FSQA Senior Technician for the 2nd shift to lead quality and food safety on the line, providing guidance to FSQA Technicians and ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, and allergen controls.

You will monitor production, conduct inspections, manage holds, and support investigations and corrective actions, working closely with the FSQA Supervisor. This role offers growth within a collaborative, safety‑minded team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of food manufacturing quality experience preferred.
• Experience with HACCP, GMPs, allergen controls, and food safety system.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production activities for food safety and quality.
• Verify HACCP, GMPs, allergen controls and customer requirements.
• Lead shifts and train FSQA technicians.
• Support investigations, corrective actions and root-cause analysis.
• Assist with audits and data review.
