Job summary

Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Production Quality Technician for the 2nd shift. You will inspect products on the production floor, verify weights, temperatures, packaging, and labels, and support food safety and quality standards.

Training is provided; starting pay ranges from $18.38 to $19.40 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off and holidays, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with ability to follow procedures.
• Willing to work on the production floor and maintain accuracy in documentation.
• Training provided for quality control and food safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products throughout the production process.
• Check weights, temperatures, appearance, packaging and labels.
• Complete quality checks and record results.
• Verify products meet company and customer requirements.
• Identify quality concerns and communicate issues to the production team.
• Review production paperwork for accuracy.
• Support food safety and quality standards throughout the facility.
• Work closely with production employees to maintain product consistency.
