Job summary

Alcon3Pl in Livermore, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Sampling & Warehouse Associate to inspect and sample raw materials and packaging components, ensuring cGMP compliance and proper documentation.

This full-time role supports inventory control, warehouse organization, and sanitation verification in a fast-paced setting; forklift certification is a plus, as is bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in food manufacturing, quality, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of cGMP and food safety practices.
• Experience with sampling and contamination control.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials and packaging components.
• Review COAs and related documentation.
• Collect and label samples using aseptic techniques.
• Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and chain of custody.
• Submit samples to the QC Laboratory and support inventories.
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement efforts.
