Job summary

Alcon3Pl is seeking a Technical Services Specialist (Quality Assurance) in Livermore, CA to own raw material and supplier qualification lifecycle for dietary products. Work with R&D and Quality to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include managing supplier documentation, supporting certifications, creating Master Manufacturing Records, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration for product development and launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in the nutritional or dietary supplement industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; familiarity with GMP, FDA, HACCP, SQF regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier qualification activities: document collection, review, and approval for new and existing suppliers.
• Support certification programs including Organic, NSF, GFCO, and Non-GMO Project; coordinate regulatory submissions.
