Job summary

Lobos Staffing is hiring a QA Associate for a temp-to-perm opportunity in Livermore, CA. The role supports quality and food safety programs while ensuring manufacturing standards comply with FDA, GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements, and works closely with the QA Manager and Production team.

Responsibilities include reviewing batch records, generating COAs, maintaining QA documentation, and assisting with audits and investigations. Overtime and occasional weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of QA experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Science, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, allergens, food safety, and quality control.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $26–$30/hour, DOE
Must be available for overtime and occasional weekends.
