Job summary

Alcon3Pl in Livermore, CA is seeking a Quality Line Inspector to ensure in-process quality and safe products. You will perform inspections, calibrations, and audits, working closely with production teams on GMP/HACCP compliance.

This role follows a Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm schedule in a mixed warehouse/office environment and requires attention to detail, reliability, and physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in quality or production environment (food/pharma preferred).
• Knowledge of cGMPs, HACCP, and Allergen Control strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect production lines, materials, packaging, and finished goods
• Perform GMP, hygiene, and sanitation audits
• Calibrate test equipment and verify batch accuracy
• Monitor allergen control, ATP testing, and microbiological sampling
• Document nonconformities and ensure corrective actions are taken
