Job summary
Midnight Sun Global Services, LLC in Portland, Oregon seeks a Construction Quality Control Manager / Site Safety and Health Officer (QCM/SSHO) for a Federal contract at PANG. You will implement and manage the QC/QA program to ensure work complies with plans, specs, and the Quality Control Plan, coordinating with the site Superintendent to stay on site.
The SSHO role requires daily safety inspections, incident investigations, and enforcement of EM 385-1-1 and OSHA rules.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Quality Control Inspector or SSHO on Federal projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of EM 385-1-1 and OSHA regulations and site safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and administer QC/QA program in accordance with FAR 52.246-12 and project QCP.
- Maintain on-site presence with the Superintendent and coordinate QC/SSHO activities.
- Conduct daily safety inspections, investigations, and enforce EM 385-1-1 and OSHA standards.
- Prepare and submit daily quality and safety reports and manage records.
