Job summary

Midnight Sun Global Services, LLC seeks a Construction Quality Control Manager / Site Safety and Health Officer for a Federal contract at the Portland Air National Guard Base. You will administer QC/QA procedures, lead safety inspections, and coordinate with the site team to maintain compliance with FAR-based and EM385-style requirements.

The role requires a strong background in quality control, SSHO duties, and on-site leadership at a large VOP project in Portland, Oregon.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on federal projects as QC or SSHO.
• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer QC program per project plans and FAR requirements.
• Perform daily inspections and prepare QC reports and submittals.
• Oversee SSHO duties including safety inspections and incident reporting.
• Coordinate with site Superintendent to maintain on-site presence.
