Job summary

Doyon Government Group (DGG) seeks a dual-role Construction Quality Control Manager (QCM) and Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) for federal construction projects in the Washington, DC area.

The QCM will develop and manage the Quality Control Plan, review submittals, and maintain daily activity records, ensuring contract compliance and quality standards. The SSHO will implement the Accident Prevention Plan, perform hazard analyses, and lead on-site safety trainings and inspections.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in construction-related field required.
  • Minimum 10 years of construction experience with 5+ years as QCM or SSHO.
  • Experience with USACE and/or NAVFAC projects preferred.
  • CQM-C certification or ability to obtain/renew preferred.
  • 30-hour OSHA construction safety certification required.
  • Proficiency with QCS/RMS and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • QCM: develop and manage the Quality Control Plan for projects; review submittals and RFIs; maintain Daily Activity Reports.
  • SSHO: develop and implement Accident Prevention Plan; conduct hazard analyses and safety trainings; perform on-site safety inspections.
