Job summary

American Gas Products, Inc. seeks a Quality Control Plant Assistant to support daily operations at the plant, ensuring filled, tested, labeled and documented products meet safety and regulatory standards.

The role works in a fast-paced industrial environment with a focus on accuracy, equipment checks and proper documentation. You will assist with cylinder filling, inventory, and shipment preparation while maintaining a clean, safe work area and following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs and occasionally 76–100+ pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, bend and work on feet for extended periods.
• Industrial plant setting with exposure to loud noise and variable weather.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety & compliance protocols; PPE, labeling, handling and hazard communication.
• Record cylinder movements and assist stock counts and product rotation.
• Prepare cylinders for shipment and assist with loading, unloading, and deliveries.
