Jabil is seeking a supervisory leader to direct and review activities of Packout Operators, QC Inspectors, and OBA Inspectors across the weekend shift to ensure the needs of internal and external customers are met.

You will recruit and hire QC, Packout, and OBA staff, develop training curriculums, set measurable goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement while following safety and security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-6 years of related experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Training in IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and other industry standards.

Responsabilités

• Direct, coordinate, and review activities of Packout Operators, QC Inspectors, and OBA Inspectors to meet internal and external customer needs.
• Recruit, interview, and hire QC, Packout, and OBA resources; communicate candidate criteria to recruiters.
• Identify strengths and development needs; create/validate training curriculums in the area of responsibility.
• Establish measurable goals and monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement.
