Job summary

Jabil in Memphis, TN, is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead QC, Packout, and OBA activities, partner with cross‑functional teams, and ensure staffing, training, and adherence to quality standards. You will drive performance through coaching, evaluations, and ongoing development of team members.

The role focuses on staffing optimization, shift coordination, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, operations, or related fields.
• Experience leading/supervising employees in manufacturing environments.
• Experience supporting QC, inspection, audit, packout, or related functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day QC, Packout, and OBA activities to meet quality targets.
• Coach and evaluate employees; drive performance and development.
• Maintain staffing aligned with production and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Lead or participate in 5S, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and safety standards.
