• Undergraduate degree in construction or related discipline, or equivalent field experience.
• Minimum 5-8+ years verifiable construction quality control experience.
• Ability to communicate with executive and field teams to gain buy-in.
• Demonstrated initiative and accountability for delivering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project team to implement drawings and specifications
• Collaborate with owner, design team, and contractors to ensure quality and timeliness
• Implement and manage the Three Phases of Control QC Plan
• Oversee submittal review and approval
• Schedule and conduct QC meetings: Preparatory, Initial Phase, Follow-up
• Maintain QC-related documents
• Establish testing procedures per contract specs
• Manage inspections process
• Coordinate third-party testing agents and interface with Owner's reps
• Maintain a project deficiency log and punch list
• Oversee closeout deliverables (training, OMs)
• Engage with executive management; recruit top talent
