Qualifications

BS Engineering Degree (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) or BS Architecture Degree.
Minimum of five (5) years in QC manager, project engineer, field engineer, construction management, construction planning or similar roles.
Completed U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractors or NAVFAC Quality Control/Quality Assurance Course(s).
Completed OSHA 30-hour construction safety class or equivalent within the last five (5) years
Speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

Applies intensive and diversified knowledge of quality assurance principles to a broad range of project assignments.
Develops, implements, and maintains a Quality Control Plan tailored to the contract and operation.
Inspects work in progress and finished work for discrepancies per QC Plan and contract requirements.
Assists in preparing project audit schedules and reports, noting nonconformance and corrective actions.
On-site coordination and communication with project personnel regarding quality assurance policies and procedures.
