Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of quality control management experience on a Public Works, BOSS, Facilities Maintenance, or similar Government contract.
• Experience leading quality programs, inspections, deficiency tracking, and corrective actions; able to analyze performance data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the contract Quality Control Program.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify compliance with contract requirements and performance standards.
• Identify deficiencies, document findings, and oversee corrective actions to resolution.
• Perform root cause analyses to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and submit quality reports, inspection results, and KPIs to the Government.
• Monitor KPIs and quality trends to improve contract performance.
• Coordinate with project leadership and Government representatives to resolve quality concerns.
• Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management requirements.
